Darnell Osborne is a Certified Public Accountant licensed under the Georgia State Board of Accountancy and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a licensed Chartered Accountant under the Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA) and an Accredited Director of the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada. She was elected President of BICA from 2014 to 2017.
Darnell has vast experience in the Financial Services Industry in The Bahamas. She was appointed as the first female Chairman of Bahamas Power and Light in 2017. Darnell is an owner and director of the Dairy Queen franchise, operating in The Bahamas for the past 15 years. Darnell is the founder of Citadel Consultants Ltd., a financial services consulting company. Darnell enjoys fostering Women’s Empowerment.
