Alana Major was destined to be a gifted, eloquent, natural leader. Her developmental pursuits culminate with a Master of Business Administration degree in Healthcare Administration, numerous industry designations and recently heading one of the largest insurance companies in the Bahamas.
Her commitments yielded notable achievements including 2014/2015 President of the Year for the International Region of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Founding Director and President of One Blood Bahamas and in 2016, Leading Lady of the Bahamas.
Her evolution continues as an Entrepreneur, Head Consultant, PHA Director of Foundations, Author & Poet, Public Speaker & Motivator, TV/Radio Host and as a Woman on a mission fighting causes larger than herself whilst embracing change for the better.
